    The Florida Notice to Owner must be filed within 45 days of first providing labor, services or materials on the project to preserve your lien rights.

    First date on the job:    

    Claim of Lien



    The Florida Claim of Lien may be recorded at any time during the progress of the work or not later than 90 days after the final furnishing of the labor, services for materials.
